尾田 栄一郎（おだ えいいちろう、1975年1月1日 - ）は、日本の漫画家。 熊本県熊本市出身。高校時代に投稿した『WANTED!』が少年ジャンプ手塚賞準入選。大学中退後、甲斐谷忍、徳弘正也、和月伸宏のアシスタントを務める。 アシスタント時代描いた読切の海\漫画『ROMANCE DAWN』が『ONE PIECE』の原型となる。 1997年から週刊少年ジャンプにて『ONE PIECE』の連載を開始。爆発的な人気となっている。 2004年11月、結婚。 第44回手塚賞（1992年下期）、準入選（『WANTED!』 -「月火水木金土」名義）
